📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, but only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (i.e., it does not match your order).
- The product is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incomplete (missing parts/accessories).
- The product was tampered with during delivery (refuse the package if this is apparent at delivery time).
❗ Important: All return/exchange requests are subject to approval at TechProbo’s discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or sizing.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature and complexity of reverse logistics for our products, we do not accept general returns.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Product defects
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect item received
📝 How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Please include the following:
- Your Order ID
- A minimum of 4–5 clear images showing:
- The product
- Packaging
- Any visible damage/defect
- A clear unboxing video (360° view showing item in original packaging)
⚠️ Requests without this required media sent within 48 hours will not be processed.
🚚 Reverse Pickup & Timeline
- Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days of approval.
- In case of an exchange, your new item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
- Exchanged Products will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days after approval
💰 Refunds & Store Credit
We offer two types of refunds, based on the situation and your preference:
🔁 1. TechProbo Store Credit / Gift Cards
- Refunds can be issued as store credits or gift cards, which are redeemable on your next purchase.
- Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- This is a faster option and ideal if you plan to shop with us again.
- Store credit will be credited within 3 to 5 days
💳 2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- In certain approved cases, we can issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
- Refund processing time is 2 Days
- All the refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days once approved.
- Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
🚫 COD Refunds
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are available only as store credit.
🛑 Important Notes
- Do not send returns to the address on the product or invoice. We will provide the correct return address upon approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless it’s our error).
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact and unused.
- If we are unable to replace the product, a store credit of equal value will be issued.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before packaging for dispatch.
- If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel, go to your order page and click the Cancel button. If it’s not visible, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 working days, minus applicable payment gateway charges.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across most pin codes in India. (No international shipping at this time.)
- Delivery timeline: 4–10 working days, depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp/email. You can also track your order on our website using your Order ID.
