Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with TechProbo! We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. While our products are carefully inspected before shipment, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our comprehensive return and exchange policy below.


📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, but only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (i.e., it does not match your order).
  • The product is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incomplete (missing parts/accessories).
  • The product was tampered with during delivery (refuse the package if this is apparent at delivery time).

Important: All return/exchange requests are subject to approval at TechProbo’s discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or sizing.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature and complexity of reverse logistics for our products, we do not accept general returns.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Product defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

📝 How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. A minimum of 4–5 clear images showing:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Any visible damage/defect
  3. A clear unboxing video (360° view showing item in original packaging)

⚠️ Requests without this required media sent within 48 hours will not be processed.


🚚 Reverse Pickup & Timeline

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days of approval.
  • In case of an exchange, your new item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Exchanged Products will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days after approval

💰 Refunds & Store Credit

We offer two types of refunds, based on the situation and your preference:

🔁 1. TechProbo Store Credit / Gift Cards

  • Refunds can be issued as store credits or gift cards, which are redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • This is a faster option and ideal if you plan to shop with us again.
  • Store credit will be credited within 3 to 5 days

💳 2. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • In certain approved cases, we can issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
  • Refund processing time is 2 Days
  • All the refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days once approved.
  • Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

⚠️ Note: Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

🚫 COD Refunds

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are available only as store credit.

🛑 Important Notes

  • Do not send returns to the address on the product or invoice. We will provide the correct return address upon approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless it’s our error).
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact and unused.
  • If we are unable to replace the product, a store credit of equal value will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before packaging for dispatch.
  • If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel, go to your order page and click the Cancel button. If it’s not visible, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 working days, minus applicable payment gateway charges.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship across most pin codes in India. (No international shipping at this time.)
  • Delivery timeline: 4–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp/email. You can also track your order on our website using your Order ID.
